Every package is fully tracked, insured, and handled with the utmost care.

Processing Time

Each Lighthouse Pendant is carefully inspected, polished, and packaged by hand in our European studio.

Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times & Methods

We ship directly from our studio in Poland (European Union) using premium courier services (DHL, DPD, FedEx, or UPS).

Europe (EU): 2 - 4 business days.
United Kingdom: 3 - 5 business days.
United States & Canada: 4 - 7 business days.
Rest of the World: 5 - 10 business days.

(Note: Transit times do not include the 1-2 days processing time).

Non-EU Customers (USA, UK, CH, etc.): Please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the courier upon delivery. (For US customers, orders under $800 are typically duty-free).
